Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming setting for our clients and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a skilled setting where cleanliness and hygiene are prioritized.

Duties
Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in various areas such as offices, restrooms, and common spaces
Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other consumables as needed
Follow established safety procedures and use personal protective equipment during cleaning tasks




Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Adhere to company policies regarding cleaning standards and procedures to ensure consistent quality of service
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned

Experience
Custodial experience or background in commercial cleaning is highly desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for current hires
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role
Prior experience in similar environments will be considered an asset but is not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
