Job Overview:

Gunther Construction has been in the construction industry for over 50 years. We have a wide range of industrial and commercial experience, with a specialization in foundations and concrete projects. Currently, we are looking for a Carpenter Foreman.

Job Scope:
Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to ensure project success
Read and interpret blueprints/drawings
Lead and supervise a small crew
Build custom wood concrete forms
Preparing for and pouring concrete
Rebar install
Working with cementitious and epoxy grout

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role in the construction industry
Valid driver's license
Be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety standards
Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team




Robust communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various parties

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: Up to $55.39 per hour

Experience:
Concrete: 7 years (preferred)
construction: 10 years (preferred)
formwork: 7 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence (required)
CSTS 2020 (required)
