Responsibilities
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks
Perform framing, finishing, and carpentry tasks for a variety of projects
Use hand tools and power tools effectively for framing, siding installation, and woodworking projects
Conduct heavy lifting tasks while maintaining safety protocols at all times




Support team members in carpentry tasks such as framing, trimming, and installing fixtures
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction or related fields with a solid foundation in carpentry
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Skilled in framing, finishing, siding installation, and woodworking
Proficient with hand tools, power tools,
Knowledge of construction safety procedures and OSHA regulations
Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
