Duties
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans
Construct, install, and repair structures using different building techniques and carpentry skills
Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently on various job sites
Install siding, perform restoration work, and handle woodwork with precision
Use hand tools for framing, cutting, shaping, and assembling materials




Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to safety protocols and best practices

Requirements
Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields with a solid understanding of building processes
Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, woodworking equipment, and heavy machinery operation
Knowledge of welding techniques is a plus
Capable of performing heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the workday
Solid attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
Valid experience in construction safety standards and protocols
