Senior Project Cost Control Specialist

Location: Fly-in/Fly-out (FIFO) rotation to Kamloops, BC

Reports to: Manager, Cost Control (Functional Reporting Line)

Our large enterprise mining client is seeking a Senior Project Cost Control Specialist to support the successful delivery of a major capital project currently in the execution phase near Kamloops, British Columbia. This role is site-based and operates on a fly-in fly-out (FIFO) shift rotation schedule, providing direct support to the construction team during a critical phase of the project lifecycle

As a key member of the Project Controls team, the successful candidate will be accountable for the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of project cost control systems, processes, and reporting. This role ensures cost control standards are rigorously applied throughout all project phases, aligning with the organization’s overall project controls framework

Key Responsibiliti

- s.Develop and review project cost control management plans from internal teams and service provider

Qualifications and Experie

- nceDegree or diploma in engineering, accounting, finance, business, or a skilled trade discipli
- ne.Minimum 10 years of project cost control experience, preferably on large-scale mining or industrial capital projec
