answer questions and offer suggestions regarding food and serviceInform servers and management of special needs and/or potential problems with guestsClear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each courseEnsure complete guest satisfactionThank guests as they leave and ensure they had a great experienceOther duties as assigned Skills & Other Requirements6 months' experience working in customer service, retail, hospitality or food service environmentHigh school diploma preferredVerbal and written communication in French and EnglishExperience in dealing with problems involving customer serviceAbility to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.Basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register, make change, total guest checks, count total
