WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who thrives in the field, not just behind a desk. This role requires someone who is highly proactive, socially intelligent, operationally aware, and deeply connected to Toronto’s culture and hospitality scene.

The ideal candidate understands how to turn partnerships, activations, content, and relationships into measurable business growth, increased reservations, and memorable guest experiences. This is not a junior-level position; we are looking for someone who can take ownership of the local marketing function and confidently execute against the wider brand strategy.

fashion, entertainment, and cultural communities.
- Identify opportunities for high-impact local visibility and brand integration.
- Proactively identify and bring forward new marketing opportunities, partnerships, activations, content ideas, and revenue-driving initiatives rather than relying solely on assigned projects or existing plans.
- Be physically present in-market to cultivate partnerships, attend events, network, and represent the brand.

PARTNERSHIPS & COLLABORATIONS

- Source, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations with brands, influencers, businesses, hotels, concierge teams, fitness studios, luxury retailers, nightlife operators, and cultural organizations.

- Monitor campaign performance, guest trends, reservations, and cover growth to continuously optimize strategy.
- Manage local marketing budgets and activation spend responsibly, including forecasting costs, tracking expenses, evaluating ROI, and identifying opportunities to maximize impact within budget.
- Own and maintain the Toronto marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns, events, partnerships, content, CRM, PR moments,

and operational priorities are aligned and executed on schedule.
