At Mitel, you will have the opportunity to help businesses connect, collaborate and provide better experiences for our customers. You will partner with cross‑functional teams such as overseas teams, suppliers and multi‑discipline teams closely in different time zones.

Maintain CAD data, BOMs and drawings in the PDM system.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or other equivalent engineering degrees.

5‑7 years (Injection molding part design experience highly preferred, sheet metal, compression molding).

Mechanical PCB layout design experience.

Solid understanding of design for manufacturing, cost and automation line.

Solid understanding of manufacturing processes (injection molding, sheet metal, compression molding, CNC, etc.).

Solid understanding of product development cycle from concept to mass production.

Solid understanding of tolerances and GD&T.;

Basic knowledge of electrical components and PCB design.

Experience in tolerance analysis is a big plus.

Hands‑on prototype fabrication experience (3D printing/debugging).

Pro‑e Creo, 3 years (solid modeling, assembly, 2D drawing; Agile PLM experience is a plus.
