Responsibilities
Set up and operate press brake machines, ensuring proper calibration and alignment for each job.
Use hand tools, calipers, and measuring devices to verify dimensions and ensure quality standards are met throughout production.
Follow safety protocols diligently, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and secure handling of materials with forklift or warehouse experience.
Assist in packaging finished parts and preparing them for shipment while maintaining high standards of quality control.
Skills
Robust mechanical knowledge with experience operating press brake machines and CNC milling or lathe machines.
Knowledge of warehouse procedures including forklift operation and packaging techniques.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards in machining and fabrication processes.
