Qualifications
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Management Information Systems, Commerce, Business Analysis, Computer Science, or a related discipline; CMA or MBA would be an asset.
8+ years of experience applying business analysis, systems analysis, and technology delivery practices across a broad range of business functions.
Solid understanding of information systems methodologies, delivery processes, best practices, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Proven experience in systems analysis, requirements management, solution design support, data analysis, and end-to-end testing.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to identifying issues and recommending solutions.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners.
Effective planning and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and perform well under pressure.
Experience in financial services and wealth management & asset management industries is preferred.
Experience with SQL & databases would be asset.
