Polaron is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate and qualify leads for our Solar Specialist Sales Team. This remote role covers Canada, with a base salary of $40,000 CAD plus commissions and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will use LinkedIn, emails, and calls to identify prospects, qualify prospects, schedule meetings, and nurture deals through the pipeline. The ideal candidate is communicative, self-starting, and passionate about renewable energy.
