ChungChun Rice Hotdog is a small business in Prince George, BC. We are cutting-edge, customer-centric, fun, and our goal is to Chungchun Rice Dog is a massive Korean chain that specializes in one thing: Korean-style hotdogs. Founded in 2017, Chungchun Rice Dog opened its first location in Seoul, South Korea.
Since then, it has opened more than 200 locations around the world, including United States, China, Japan, Vietnam, Australia, Malaysia, Philippines, and Canada! Unlike traditional flour-based batter, we add a flour made from glutinous rice, which makes our hotdogs deliciously soft and chewy. We make our batter fresh every morning, and the batter goes through 2-hour fermentation. .
