All positions rental opportunities apart from Hairstylist that have the option of Commission for Licensed Hairstylist with existing clientele.

Duties
Provide high-quality hairstyling services, including cuts, color, styling, and treatments tailored to each client’s preferences
Perform qualified nail services such as manicures, pedicures, and nail art with attention to sanitation and safety standards
Apply eyelash extensions and lash lifts with precision and care to enhance clients’ natural beauty
Maintain a clean, sanitized work area adhering to health regulations and studio policies
Engage with clients through excellent customer service, understanding their needs and offering personalized recommendations




Upsell retail products like hair care, skincare, or nail items to boost client satisfaction and studio revenue
Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, greeting clients, and processing payments

Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create welcoming and positive experiences for clients
Expertise in hair styling techniques suitable for diverse hair types and styles
Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
Ability to upsell products and services effectively without being pushy
Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members alike
Retail sales experience to promote products confidently and increase revenue opportunities
Front desk proficiency for managing appointments, answering inquiries, and maintaining studio organization
