Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and company records
Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
Assist with payroll processing and related reporting requirements
Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Proven experience with bookkeeping and accounting practices in a professional setting
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks is essential
Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes
Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance requirements
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Ability to analyze financial data accurately and prepare clear reports
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and vendors
