Responsibilities
Assist in identifying new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
Support the development and execution of outreach campaigns to prospective clients and partners
Manage customer relationships, ensure timely follow-ups and engagement
Coordinate project activities across teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives
Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to communicate value propositions effectively




Negotiate terms with clients and partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements

Requirements
Robust negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders
Experience in project management, demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of marketing principles and experience supporting marketing campaigns or initiatives
Experience working with First Nations organizations, government groups, contracting companies
Passion for business development with a proactive attitude toward identifying growth opportunities
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—tailored for a global audience
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
