Join our agile team as a Class 1 Truck Driver operating across Canada and the United States! This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive heavy-duty trucks, deliver freight efficiently, and ensure safety and compliance on every trip. As a vital link in our logistics network, you will be responsible for transporting goods across borders, managing freight loads, and maintaining vehicle integrity.

Duties
Safely operate Class 1 commercial trucks to transport freight across Canada and the US, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Load and unload freight using forklift equipment when necessary, ensuring proper handling and securement of cargo
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to identify maintenance needs or safety issues
Maintain accurate documentation for shipments, including delivery logs, inspection reports, and freight manifests
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse teams, and clients to coordinate deliveries and pickups




Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts for loading/unloading freight safely and efficiently
Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when minor mechanical issues arise during trips

Qualifications
Valid Class 1 (or equivalent) commercial driver’s license for Canada & US operations
Proven experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record
Skilled in forklift operation with certification preferred
Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols
Ability to operate heavy equipment and perform basic automotive repairs when needed
Robust understanding of cross-border transportation regulations and customs procedures
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive safety mindset
