Join our dynamic team and help drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environmentJob Description:As a Service Triage & Floor Sales Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, diagnosing tech issues, recommending solutions, and driving sales on the floor. This role combines technical triage with customer-facing sales to ensure smooth operations and revenue growth.Responsibilities:Greet customers, assess their needs, and triage service requests (e.G., repairs, upgrades, or consultations).Perform initial diagnostics on devices (computers, laptops, peripherals) and create tickets in our system.Recommend and sell products/services, including hardware, accessories, and MSP options.Handle floor sales, upselling to meet daily/monthly targets.Maintain a clean,



organized storefront and assist with inventory stocking.Collaborate with technicians and sales team to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.Track leads and follow up on potential B2B opportunities from walk-ins.Requirements:2–5 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or tech support.Basic knowledge of computers, hardware, and troubleshooting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handlebusy floor traffic.Familiarity with POS systems and ticketing software is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications (e.G., CompTIA A+) preferred.Available for flexible shifts, including weekends (full-time, 40 hours/week).Valid driver's license (for occasional in office support).Benefits:Competitive hourly wage ($18–$22/hour based on experience) + sales commissions.Employee discounts on products and services.Professional development and certification reimbursement.Opportunities for advancement in a growing company.
