RESPONSIBILITIES AND BACKGROUND




Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Provide full-cycle bookkeeping and compliance services, ensuring a high standard of accuracy and technical integrity.
Technical: You are highly proficient with cloud-based ecosystems (specifically Xero and QBO). We are looking for a "power user" who stays ahead of tech trends.
Experience: Ideally 2+ years of experience in a similar role. While CPA firm experience is an asset, we value proven technical mastery and the ability to work independently.
Education: Bookkeeping/Accounting post-secondary diploma or degree considered an asset.
Relationships: Establish and maintain highly valued, trusting relationships, providing strategic guidance and support to our customers.
Additional Assets: Experience with payroll processing and software (such as Wagepoint) is considered a strong asset.
