Duties
Welcome customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a qualified manner
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
Conduct product demos when needed to inform customers about features and benefits of items
Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the checkout area is clean and inviting
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly,



and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Skills
Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Basic math skills for cash handling, transaction processing, and balancing registers
Knowledge of POS systems and familiarity with retail merchandising practices
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
Bilingual capabilities enhance customer interactions across diverse populations
Demonstrated ability to handle phone etiquette professionally when assisting customers remotely or over the phone
