Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage our financial records, ensure accurate account reconciliation, and support our accounting processes using leading accounting software. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for bookkeeping, solid organizational skills, and experience with various accounting tools to help us maintain financial accuracy and efficiency.

Duties
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including data entry and transaction recording




Utilize accounting QuickBooks to process financial data accurately
Perform bank reconciliations regularly to verify account balances and identify discrepancies

Experience
Proven experience working with QuickBooks
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, including reconciliation processes
Knowledge of account analysis and bank reconciliation
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a part-time capacity
