Duties
Assist licensed therapists in preparing treatment rooms and ensuring a clean, comfortable environment for clients
Perform basic massage techniques and bodywork procedures under supervision, following established protocols
Engage with clients to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and client progress in compliance with clinic policies
Follow all safety and hygiene standards, including proper sanitation of equipment and treatment areas

Requirements




Currently enrolled in or actively pursuing a RMT program
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and bodywork practices
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to connect positively with clients
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and listen attentively to client concerns
Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols
A proactive attitude with a passion for helping others improve their health and wellness
Prior experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is a plus but not required
