WestCan Cannabis is an AGLC-licensed recreational cannabis store, known throughout the neighbourhood as the chill, friendly place to pick up flower. We're independent & locally owned, and proud of it.

We are looking for responsible, hardworking, and dedicated retail store associates with a positive attitude who thrive on delivering excellent customer service and educating the public about cannabis. Must be passionate about cannabis.

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greeting customers as they enter the shop
Operating the POS terminal and adhering to all cash and loss prevention procedures
Providing an educational and informative experience for all customers
Complete regular inventory audits
Assist in opening/closing at the beginning or end of shifts, executing to high operating standards




Ensure the store is clean and well-stocked, including regular surface sanitization and floor sweeping/mopping
Any other duties as assigned by Store Manager

Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 18+ years of age
Prior retail or customer service experience
Cannabis knowledge an asset
Valid SellSafe Certification
Mandatory police record check
Any and all other provincially and/or federally required training

Job Type: Part time Pay: $15.50-$17.00 per hour
