Under the guidance of the Chair in Construction Trades, you will deliver instruction in the Welding Techniques program and multiple apprenticeships. This part time role involves updating courses, utilizing educational technologies, and ensuring curriculum relevance. You will guide learners, participate in professional development, and evaluate student progress diligently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and revise courses for welding programs
• Incorporate educational tech to enhance learning
• Deliver instruction across multiple terms
• Provide academic advising and tutoring to students
• Evaluate student performance and course outcomes
Requirements:
• CWB Certified in multiple positions required
• Minimum two years' diploma in Welding necessary
• Two years of teaching experience preferred
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Familiarity with postsecondary education delivery
