Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, efficiently handle food and beverage orders, and create a welcoming environment for guests. This role requires a strong understanding of food safety, POS systems, and excellent time management skills to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.

Duties
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly as per standard recipes
Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
Serve food and drinks promptly while managing multiple tables efficiently
Monitor guest needs throughout their visit to ensure a positive experience
Follow food handling procedures to uphold health and safety regulations in the food industry

Requirements




Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
Solid customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and attentiveness
Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and calculating bills or tips
Excellent communication skills and a personable demeanor
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Must be at least 19 years old or older to serve alcohol responsibly
