Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender/Server to join our agile hospitality team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, excellent time management skills, and a solid focus on customer satisfaction.

Prior experience in restaurant or food service environments is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS.

Responsibilities
Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems, including Micros POS.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience.




Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through strong time management skills.
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
Follow all restaurant policies related to food safety, alcohol service, and hospitality standards.

Qualifications
Previous experience in restaurant or food industry roles is highly desirable.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is preferred.
Robust customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally.
Basic math skills for cash handling and bill splitting.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
Excellent time management skills to manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently.
Ability to serve alcohol responsibly following legal requirements and company policies.
