Position Overview

We’re looking for a Bartender who can deliver outstanding guest experiences through friendly service, strong product knowledge, and a skilled, upbeat attitude. This role combines bar service, table service, and general front‑of‑house support in a fast‑paced setting.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly, provide menu guidance, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout their visit.
Mix cocktails accurately, pour beer and wine, and follow all recipes and portion standards.
Take food and drink orders, enter them into the POS system, and coordinate with kitchen staff.
Deliver food and beverages, check back with guests, and ensure tables are cleared and reset efficiently.
Process payments, manage tabs, and follow all cash‑out procedures with accuracy.
Restock liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and supplies; maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar.
Follow provincial alcohol service laws, verify IDs, and promote responsible service.
Support fellow staff, communicate clearly, and contribute to a positive work workplace

Requirements & Qualifications




Serving Certification —Smart choice certificate and food handler
Experience — Previous bartending or serving experience preferred; willingness to train the right candidate.
POS Knowledge — Comfortable using point‑of‑sale systems for orders and payments.
Physical Requirements — Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Communication Skills — Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Availability — Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Professionalism — Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent service

Pay: $16.40-$18.20 per hour
