Duties
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
Provide attentive caregiving to meet each child's individual needs with patience and enthusiasm
Support children with diverse abilities, including those with disabilities, ensuring an inclusive experience for all
Foster positive relationships through effective communication, encouragement, and active engagement
Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to health and safety standards at all times
Collaborate with colleagues and families to monitor progress and share insights about each child's growth
Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, diapering,



and transitions to promote comfort and stability

Qualifications
Prior classroom experience working with young children or in early childhood education settings is preferred
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly valued
Demonstrated teaching skills that inspire curiosity and learning in children
Strong caregiving abilities combined with patience, empathy, and positive energy
Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a energetic environment
Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is a plus but not required
