Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of Cafe items such as beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Duties
Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and snacks
Engage with guests in a friendly, skilled manner to enhance their experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Square for accurate order processing and cash handling
Manage cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations
Restock the cafe supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth service during busy hours
Follow all food handling and safety procedures diligently to uphold health standards




We will provide full training

Requirements
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred but not a must, especially in bartending or serving role
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
