Join SkyCare's Maintenance team and play an important role in supporting aircraft that deliver life-saving medevac services and specialized charter operations across Canada, North America, and the Caribbean. As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME), you will help ensure the safety, reliability, and readiness of our fleet through hands-on maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs in a dynamic operational environment.
In this role, you'll go beyond routine maintenance. You'll be supporting time-sensitive missions that directly impact remote communities and critical care transport. The environment is fast-paced and varied, offering exposure to diverse aircraft and real-time operational challenges.

Rotational Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off or 1 week on / 1 week off
Compensation: Up to $60/hour, dependent on qualification, shift premium and base premium
Salary $ 22.00 to $ 49.00 HOUR hourly
Work Half the Year with built-in time off
Diverse Fleet Exposure: Navajo, Metro, Westwind, Astra

What You'll Be Doing
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a diverse fleet
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in real-time operations
Support aircraft used in medevac and time-critical missions
Exposure to detailed Engine work supporting internal engine shop
Exposure to Structures, Avionics, and Modification specialties in fully rated AMO
Work closely with flight operations and engineering teams
What We're Looking For
Transport Canada AME M1 License (M2 an asset)
2+ years of aircraft maintenance experience
Solid troubleshooting and mechanical skills
Experience with Navajo, Metro, or Westwind (asset)
Comfortable working in dynamic, operational environments
