Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Assist in recruiting, training development, and mentoring team members

Provide leadership and support to staff

Provide superior customer service

Drive retail sales through effective merchandising and customer engagement

Perform clerk duties as needed

Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Handle administrative tasks efficiently

Assist in payroll management

Requirements:

Proven experience in a retail environment

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge of mentoring practices





Class 5 license

Clean criminal record check

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $3,120.00 per month
