Job Description What You'll Do Enter and transfer employee labour and service information between software systems
Review data for accuracy and completeness before processing
Support invoice preparation by ensuring information is entered correctly and on time
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Work closely with Service Operations teams to ensure information is processed efficiently
Monitor, triage, and action tickets submitted through company portals to support business operations and service delivery
And additional tasks as assigned to support the business requirements
What We're Looking For Previous experience in data entry, administration, invoicing, payroll, accounting support, or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Comfortable working with numbers and large amounts of data
Robust organizational and time management skills
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
