Join School District No. 91 (Nechaco Lakes) as a Casual Administrative Assistant in Burns Lake, supporting various schools. Your role will encompass diverse clerical tasks and reception duties.

This position offers flexible schedule without guarantees, serving schools in the Burns Lake area including Granisle, Grassy Plains, Decker Lake, and Francois Lake. Candidates should have a Grade 12 certificate and relevant office experience. You will manage office communications, handle confidential information, and assist with bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute filing, photocopying, and record keeping
• Type correspondence, reports, and newsletters
• Manage reception duties and confidentiality protocols




• Handle fax communications and general office communication
• Provide basic bookkeeping support as needed

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 (Dogwood Certificate)
• Administrative Assistant Certificate or Applied Business Technology program
• Minimum one year of office experience in a school setting
• WHMIS 2015 Certificate knowledge
• Complete a Criminal Record Check through CRRP
