Key Responsibilities:
• Manage dining room and lounge operations for over 200 guests
• Train servers to deliver exceptional customer service
• Conduct daily cash management and balanced server cash outs




• Oversee liquor inventory and maintain safety protocols
• Collaborate with management to enhance the guest experience

Requirements:
• 2+ years supervisory experience in food & beverage
• College diploma or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus
