Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Store Manager in daily operational tasks
• Interact positively with customers and donors
• Ensure accurate processing of all sales transactions
• Maintain store appearance through tidiness and layout
• Support training for recent staff when needed

Requirements:
• Completion of some high school education
• Two years of experience in retail or warehouse environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Physically fit to lift 30 lbs regularly
• Ability to comply with screening requirements
