• Support daily sales operations at the sales office
• Build Realtor relationships through project information and guidance

• Manage sales documentation and Agreements of Purchase and Sale
• Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in pre-construction or real estate sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Valid Driving Licence required
