NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is seeking a Helpdesk Operator to provide first-line support for Facilities Services across hospital sites. You will handle requests from patients, staff, visitors and contractors, logging, prioritising and coordinating tasks in a busy NHS environment.
The role is part time, based at The Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, with a 14:00–18:00, Monday–Friday pattern. A pro rata salary is offered with comprehensive NHS benefits and development opportunities.
