As a Technician, you will report to an Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology. You need to possess strong technical skills to effectively troubleshoot equipment and provide outstanding customer service. Interaction with clients is key to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships throughout their event experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up, operate, and break down audiovisual equipment
• Communicate effectively with clients to meet their needs
• Monitor events and check in with customers regularly
• Follow safety protocols and supplier requirements
• Complete order entries and paperwork accurately

Requirements:
• High School Diploma; Associate degree preferred
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience
• 1 year of audiovisual experience desired
• Valid driver's license for operating company vehicles
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
