Accounts Payable Administrator

As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day accounts payable function across multiple business entities.

Your Current Role:

You will be responsible for processing invoices and employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-end activities. This position requires solid attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You Need to Do:
Process high volumes of invoices and employee expense reports accurately and efficiently
Ensure payments comply with internal policies, procedures, and financial controls
Verify and account for applicable sales taxes
Support weekly payment runs, including wire payment preparation and processing
Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice, payment, and system-related issues




Assist with month-end close activities and reporting requirements
Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and user acceptance testing

What You'll Need to Succeed:
1+ years of accounts payable, invoice processing, or expense management experience
Experience working with Oracle
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience with automated procure-to-pay systems is considered an asset
Experience with Concur or similar expense management platforms is preferred
