Answer client inquiries and log complaints
Arrange billing and manage refunds for services
Conduct assessments of client feedback and concerns

Perform general office duties for productive operations Requirements:
Secondary school diploma or equivalent experience
1 to less than 7 months relevant experience
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook
Solid communication skills in English
