Fresh Press Coffee Bar is a small business in Richmond we are looking for experienced barista, holding a food safe certificate.

We are agile, customer-centric, and professional.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including the counter, seating area, and restroom
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of all products
Assist with food preparation, such as making sandwiches or pastries
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment

Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role
experienced barista ，robust coffee knowledge




Solid time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food service and cashiering procedures
Familiarity with the food industry and understanding of food safety practices
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Basic knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
Willingness to learn new recipes and beverage creations
