Responsibilities
Deliver skilled hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
Provide outstanding customer service by actively listening, offering expert advice, and maintaining a friendly demeanor
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a secure and hygienic environment for clients and staff
Upsell retail products such as hair care items and styling tools to enhance the client experience and increase sales
Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in clients,



and handling payments efficiently
Communicate clearly with clients about their desired looks and provide aftercare recommendations for continued satisfaction
Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education

Experience
Previous experience as a barber or stylist is preferred but not required; training opportunities are available for motivated individuals
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a professional manner
Knowledge of hair styling techniques, sanitation procedures, and retail sales strategies
Excellent communication skills to effectively discuss styles, treatments, and product recommendations
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
