Barista – Eggstatic Brampton

Eggstatic Brampton is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Barista to join our team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant workplace, have a positive attitude, and love creating outstanding drinks, we’d love to hear from you.

Position Overview

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while maintaining a clean, organized, and effective beverage station. The pay is minimum wage plus tips!

Responsibilities
Prepare coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, juices, and other drinks according to Eggstatic standards
Ensure drinks are prepared accurately, consistently, and presented properly
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar/beverage station
Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
Restock ingredients, cups, supplies, and other beverage items
Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management
Work efficiently during busy restaurant periods
Help maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Follow opening and closing procedures for the beverage station
Support team members wherever needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations




Provide friendly and positive service to guests
Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards

Qualifications
Previous barista, café, or restaurant experience is an asset but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks associated with restaurant work
