Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of auto body repair experience (Required)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs, kneel, bend, and squat as needed
Solid manual dexterity and attention to detail
Positive vision (close, distance, color, and depth perception)
Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset




Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality Auto Body Rpair
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean workspace
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Ensure all work meets industry and safety standards
