Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing orders and payments.
Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces.
Ensure food safety standards are consistently met by adhering to proper food handling procedures.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any questions or concerns professionally.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards.
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including serving food items and restocking supplies.
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.

Experience




Previous experience as a Barista or in the food industry is highly desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
Robust customer service skills with an emphasis on creating positive guest experiences.
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting with excellent time management skills.
