As an Artigiano Barista, you will not only learn the craftsmanship of latte art. It will also provide world-class hospitality, excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests and team members alike.

We're looking for someone who is interested in building long-lasting connections with our community, and who thrives on forming regular and special relationships with our guests and teammates.

Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding service while taking orders, preparing/serving food, and ensuring guest satisfaction
Leads with a positive and energetic attitude




Build process and routine-based workflows to ensure smooth operations
Foster robust relationships with guests, encouraging repeat visits and community engagement
Support to ensure consistency and quality service
Assist with product handling and overall appearance and community image
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet 8 hrs a day
Passion for building relationships with guests and growing a local business
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food Safe Level 1 and Serving It Right certification is an asset but not required.
