Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate creative lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to the diverse needs of children.
Create a secure, engaging, and inclusive classroom setting that encourages exploration and learning.
Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to the principal .
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices in early childhood education.
Maintain accurate records of children's activities, progress,
Utilize technology effectively for administrative tasks and classroom activities.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is essential.
Knowledge of special education practices is highly desirable.
Strong time and class management skills to effectively plan and execute activities.
Arabic as a first language is a must.
Proficiency in using computerized systems for record keeping and lesson planning.
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
