Make an impact at Jean Tweed Centre as an Advanced Practice Family Counsellor, delivering group therapy for women and families in a hybrid role. Utilize your expertise in trauma-informed practices. This contract role focuses on helping clients navigate their recovery while supporting family dynamics.

You will conduct wellness and grief workshops while fostering belonging and communication among clients post-treatment. Work within a progressive team leveraging a client-centered approach to address substance use and mental health concerns. Key Responsibilities:
Provide trauma-informed group supports across various locations
Monitor client progress and prepare reports
Facilitate family reintegration workshops to enhance recovery
Develop linkages with community agencies for effective intervention
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counselling, or related fields
3+ years of experience in trauma-informed practice
Registered with relevant qualified body
Solid group facilitation and communication skills
