Responsibilities
Be on the road 10 to 14 days at a time, averaging 10,000 to 12,000 miles per month.
Available for dispatch 24 days a month and reset on the road as required.
Run open-board long-haul freight: Canada/U.S. southbound freight from any Bison location into any Low‑48 state; northbound freight into any Canadian province or territory.
Cover regional freight, averaging 10,000 to 12,000 miles per month.
Maintain a versatile schedule with weekend departures.

Qualifications
Owner‑Operator with at least 24 months of tractor‑trailer experience.
Must have a tractor equipped with a DEF system.
U.S. qualified; minimum of 6 months of U.S. driving experience.




Minimum of 6 months of Highway 17 driving experience (Ontario).
Capability to drive U.S. mountains 12 months of the year.
CP Rail experience preferred.
Valid Class 1 / A/Z license.
Able to lift 50 lbs. or more (driver assist required occasionally).
Reliable, punctual, adaptable, and robust communication skills.
Values safety.
Registered with the Drug and Alcohol Clearing House.
