Responsibilities
Assist experienced plumbers with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support project execution
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under supervision to assemble piping and fixtures
Support the setup of construction sites by preparing materials and organizing work areas
Participate in routine maintenance tasks to ensure plumbing systems operate efficiently and safely
Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or issues promptly
Experience
No prior professional experience required; a robust interest in mechanical systems, construction, or trades is preferred
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations involved in plumbing work
Familiarity with construction environments or hands-on experience with tools is advantageous
Ability to read schematics or technical drawings is a plus but not mandatory—training will be provided
Willingness to learn new skills such as blueprint reading, and maintenance procedures
Solid teamwork attitude with excellent communication skills
