On behalf of our client, a Managed Print Services dealership located in Markham, we are seeking an experienced, tech-savvy B2B Sales Representative to drive revenue by selling Integrated Document Management Systems (DMS), Managed Print Services (MPS), and Cloud-Based Document Workflow Automation.

In this role, you will help enterprise and mid-market organizations transition from legacy paper-heavy environments to secure, highly optimized digital and print workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business through prospecting and territory development across the GTA and Ontario
Meet with owners, office managers, and IT leaders to understand their operational challenges
Present integrated workplace solutions, including:
Canon multifunction devices, HP and Brother printers
Managed Print Services programs
Workflow automation and document management software
AI-powered communication tools
Enterprise scanning and secure shredding programs
Office supply programs
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close




Maintain an active pipeline and keep activity current in the CRM
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of B2B sales experience proven successful selling Managed Print Services (MPS), Document Management Software (DMS), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), or high-volume print hardware.
Experience selling technology, office equipment, software, or business services is an asset
Solid consultative selling skills and confidence with business decision-makers
Self-motivated, with robust time-management and territory-development habits
Genuine interest in workplace technology and automation

Compensation & Advantages
Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 base salary (commensurate with experience).
On-target earnings: Approximately CA$100,000+ for reps who successfully hit their KPIs (base + uncapped commission)
Allowances: mileage reimbursement
